Sausage Supreme Pasta Skillet

• 1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain.
• 2. Saute the meat and onions until cooked. Add peppers and tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
• 3. Stir in the milk, pepper jack cheese, and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
• 4. Add the drained pasta and stir until coated. Top with remaining cheese and cover until melted. Top with green onions and serve. Serves 6-8.
